This site incorporates a number of dynamic features. The directory
itself is based on a database of over 11,000 halls. The database
is maintained in an access database in the client's office and
exported to the web server on a regular basis. Additional features
include an automated banner system where advertisers can walk
through the ad creation process on their own. The administrator
simply needs to click a button to approve the ad for the credit
card to be charged and the ad to be placed into the proper place
in the rotation. Visitors to the site can also purchase books
and download portions of the database with real-time credit card
authorizations. The administrative section provides full statistics
and activity reports.

This site uses an ODBC connection to the clients Access database
in their office to provide real-time member and accounting data.
Members can browse through the directory, enter transactions,
and view their account information including past statements.
