Our spam filtering system is able to learn what messages are spam, using a technique called bayesian filtering. If you are receiving spam that is not being properly filtered, you can help teach our system to filter those messages.
Redirect/bounce the spam email to spam@jcsecure.com. Note, this is not the same as forwarding an email. When you forward email it is resent from you, when you redirect/bounce an email it is resent as it was from the original sender. Most email clients are able to redirect/bounce messages, for instructions on your specific mail client, see ResendingMailWithHeaders.
