CMS Client Resources At Cedar Mountain Software, we care about your business and your work. So we're developing this Resources page as a helpful tool. Our plan is to have instructions on spam filtering, form mail, web stats, webmail, out of town messaging for email accounts, and virus information. If you have any suggestions for helping us expand our Resources page, don't hesitiate to share them with us. Make an On-Line Payment You can pay your bill to Cedar Mountain Software on-line. Webmail For clients whose mailboxes are hosted on our system - you can now access your mail through our webmail interface. Go to webmail and login with your POP user name and password. This way you can send and receive email from any computer that has access to the Internet.
Email Settings and Spam Filtering Change your password, set up an out of office auto-responder, or access the spam filter settings for your email account by clicking here. After logging in you will have options to add email addresses or whole domains to your white or black list. Mail from addresses on your white list are not marked as spam regardless of the content. Mail from addresses on the black list are always marked as spam.

General Troubleshooting These are the first questions we ask everyone. 1. Are all your wires and cords plugged in and the
electricity is on? Sometimes they get unplugged in cleaning or organizing. If you would like to try to solve the problem try one or both of these suggestions. 1. Copy and paste the error message you've recieved
into a search engine search box and see what happens.
