Email Support Notice - we have started using a new email filtering system which will greatly reduce the amount of spam received by most users. Any spam which is detected will be automatically sent to a holding area on our webmail server. If you think you may be missing an email, or if you just want to see how much spam you are avoiding, you can login to our webmail system with your email username and password. Once logged in you can access your 'Spam' folder in the blue panel on the left of the screen. Any messages in your spam folder will be saved for 10 days and then deleted. For tips on preventing spam, see our spam prevention page. The most common email problem is when you are able to receive email, but not send. You will also likely see an error message like this: Error: 554 : Relay access denied. Our mail server uses authentication to prevent spam from being sent through our server. You will need to enable authentication in your email client in order to send mail. Find the section below that corresponds to your email client and Operating System, and follow the directions to enable authentication. Outlook Express - MS Windows
Mozilla Thunderbird
Eudora 4.3 and newer - MS Windows
